Getting Started

Do you serve my area?

We offer both delivery a click & collect service, please use the delivery checker to see if we currently deliver to your area.

Is there a minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order amount.

How do I register?

If you are a pre-existing loyalty member then you already exist in our system & just need to create a web password
Click Login in the menu bar then click 'Forgot my password' put in your email address & use the password reset link that will be emailed to you as this will set your web password & from there you can login.

If you are a brand new customer then just click on Login in the menu bar & then click on Sign Up & enter your details.

What happens if I forget my password?

Just click the “Forgot my password” link on the Login Page and enter your email address. You will then receive an email with a link, which you can use to reset your password within 24 hours.

Pickup / Delivery

How fast do you deliver?

If you are in the Bulli area & place an order before 2pm, you can select same day delivery & we will deliver it before 6pm.
Other nearby areas 11 PM cutoff the night before, delivery before 5pm.
Helensburgh - 11pm Tuesday for Wednesday delivery before 5pm.

How much does delivery cost?

$10 or free delivery for orders above $100.

When can I pickup my order?

During checkout you have nominated your pickup date & pickup from time frame.
Please advise one of our team members that you are here for 'Click & Collect Order Pickup' and provide your Order Number (stated on your order confirmation/payment emails).
We will promptly bring out your order & can assist with loading into your car if required.

Is there a minimum order amount?

No - currently there are no minimum order amounts.

What if I’m not home for my delivery?

Please let us know where you'd like your order to be left.
We package delivery orders so any perishable goods will remain cool for several hours after delivery.

How do I place an order?

Ordering is easy - just search or browse the categories & add items to your cart.
Click to view your cart contents & click “Checkout Now”
Review your cart & make any changes & click “Checkout”
Follow the steps to finalize your order & you'll receive an order confirmation email within 5 minutes.

How do I make a change to my order?

Unfortunately once your order has been placed you have no way of altering it.
If we haven't finalised your order please feel free to email us at [email protected] or call the store on 4267 3299 and one of our team members will be able to assist.

What is your cancellation policy?

In the event that you will need to cancel your order please Contact Us ASAP
Items that have been prepared specifically for your order may not be subject to cancellation.

Can I change, cancel or add items to my order?

How do I report a problem with my order?

If you have any problems with your order please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your products.

What are the payment options?

We accept Visa & Mastercard, All payments are securely processed by eWay.

Is the shop secure?

Our online store has been setup with security in mind.
By using eWay as our payment provider it means you have added security, as we don’t store or handle your credit card details at all.
eWAY is fully approved under the highest level of PCI compliance so you can be assured that your details remain secure with them.
